Pedros first opened its doors in June 2006 after business partners Peter and Roger decided to join forces and open a restaurant. Having worked within the various industries for the entirety of their careers they each brought with them the knowledge, drive and passion needed to start the business.
From the beginning, the ethos of the duo was to create a relaxed, atmosphere that served high quality, locally sourced and delicious food.
In March 2018 the business was taken over by Andrew and David, with a view to continuing the highly successful parts of the business and adding some new ideas of their own.
Pedros is in the heart of St Aubins where a friendly and enjoyable dining experience awaits you. We are open daily for dinner from 6pm and cater for luncheon parties on request. Our menu, based on Fresh Jersey Produce, is reasonably priced and includes a variety of fresh fish and shell-fish, steaks, (including a superb Chateaubriand), rack of lamb, duck, Pork Normand etc.etc. as well as an ever changing choice of seasonal specials.
All main courses are inclusive of vegetables, etc. Diners are able to choose from an extensive international wine list starting at just £15 a bottle. So come on down to Pedros, where a great atmosphere and evening of fine food and wine awaits you.
